Massage Studio's Commitment to Safety Program

1. Review - Our policies and protocols have been developed internally with the input and expertise of industry leaders and information from the Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network (RAINN), the nations largest anti-sexual violence organization.

2. Prevention - We have implemented a proactive and comprehensive safety program requiring all locations to adhere to strict safety policies such as performing background screenings on all massage therapists upon hiring and on an annual basis and in-depth training of proper draping techniques.

3. Support - Our policies require Massage Studio management to treat victims with the utmost compassion. Upon receiving any complaint involving inappropriate conduct, management must make available contact information from local law enforcement and the licensing or certification board. The information will also contain information for a sexual assault hotline and contact information for the Owner.

4. Internal Investigation - To facilitate a thorough and timely investigation of allegations, a filled out incident form will be required. Upon a report of inappropriate conduct the service provider will immediately be removed from the schedule pending the results of the investigation. If it is determined an offense occurred, the therapist must be terminated and marked ineligible for hire at any Massage Studio.
