Medical & Special Circumstances
We cannot perform any massage on expectant mothers that are in their first trimester. Guest must be at least 13 weeks.
A doctor's note is required for guests undergoing any form of chemotherapy, radiation or special medical circumstances.
A doctor's note is required for a guest that was in a car accident within 72 hours.
Minors 14-17 years old must have their guardian complete and sign the intake form. Guardian may be requested to stay on premise at the discretion of the therapist.
For Your First Visit
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete your guest forms. Our experienced team will welcome you, introduce you to the studio and discuss your needs.
Arrival and Session Times
Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure the full allotted time. Each session includes time for a private consultation. In consideration of other guests, we cannot extend service times for those arriving late.
Personalize Your Visit
All first time guests will receive a questionnaire allowing you to personalize your visit. Choices include complimentary add-ons, such as your choice of music, aromatherapy, table temperature and massage products.
Don’t Be Shy
During your consultation, please let us know if you have any questions, special considerations or changes in preferences. Please do not hesitate to ask for a change in massage pressure during your service, so we can ensure you have the best experience.
Undress To Your Comfort Level
Based on guests’ comfort level, some prefer to keep their undergarments on during a massage, while others prefer to remove them. Either way, you will always be professionally draped.
Silence Is Golden
Please respect our relaxing environment for you and other guests. Please silence your cell phone. Your massage therapist will encourage you to relax in silence to achieve the full benefits of your massage.
Gratuities
Customary gratuities are typically 15-25% of the non-member rates, based on satisfaction of your experience.
Cancellations
We require a 24-hour cancellation notice. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged a $30 cancellation fee. No shows are charged 100% of the service.

Massage Studio may request a signed doctor’s note based on special circumstances.
