You may be wondering what to expect on your first visit, especially if you've never had a massage. Relax....during your first visit you'll experience relaxation and comfort. We want your spa experience to be a memorable one.
Our experienced staff will welcome you and ask you to fill out a short questionnaire. A licensed Massage Therapist will begin the process with a consultation and will review your needs to best determine your customized treatment.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure the full allotted time. If a service begins late due to client tardiness, the service will still end at the originally scheduled appointment time.
Please respect the relaxing environment by keeping voices quiet and by turning off all cell phones. Smoking is not allowed on the property.
We require a 24 hour cancellation notice. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged a $30 cancellation fee, no shows are charged 100% of service.
Gratuities are graciously accepted and appreciated. Customary gratuities are typically 15-20% of the non-member rate, based on satisfaction of your experience.
