Guest Coordinator

Massage Studio is a locally owned business currently seeking Guest Coordinators to run the front desk for our South Tampa and St. Petersburg locations. The entire Massage Studio team is dedicated to creating the ultimate experience for our Guests while maintaining a positive, professional, rewarding work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Welcomes guests and serves as primary point of contact

• Schedule appointments

• Perform guest check-in and check-out

• Assists with schedule changes, guest relations, and coordination of Massage Therapists

• Presents membership packages

• Administrative duties related to guest appointments

• A positive, professional manner, attitude and appearance

• Strong work ethic and integrity

• Strong customer service
